This is an all weather, premium fabric that will last for years. The high performance coating on the fabric gives it an extremely high weatherproof rating and helps protect it and you from the harmful U.V. rays. The fabric also has that luxury cotton touch on the outer, making it feel as good as it looks. The fabric is made to highest standard available which gives it the highest possible tensile strength making it extremely touch and durable. The thread is dyed before the fabric is sewn into sheets making it is the same colour throughout, so it will not fade. The fabric is also anti-condensation, which means when condensation builds up inside your awning the fabric allows that moisture to soak into the fabric, rather than beading and then dripping down.
