Shipping Policy

Next Day Delivery:

For Next Day Delivery, place your order before 11:30 AM, and we’ll ensure it arrives the next working day.

Standard Delivery:

Orders placed after the 11:30 AM cutoff or outside of Next Day Delivery eligibility will be shipped via Standard Delivery, arriving within 2-3 working days.

Back Orders:

If any items in your order are on back order, you will receive an email with the expected delivery date as soon as it's available. We’ll make sure to keep you updated on the status of your order.

Returns Policy

Returns Window:

We accept returns within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Restocking Fee:

All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Faulty Items:

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. Faulty items will be fully refunded without any restocking fee.

Return Process:
